Wellbeing – a way of life

Above all, wellbeing needs to be a conscious way of life in these thrilling, challenging times. Sleeping well is essential for that, which is why I’ve featured it on this special website.

Along my way, which is quite a long one now, I’ve learned plenty of techniques and approaches that help this to happen for my clients and for myself. No-one is immune from a challenges or even a crisis, but the trick is to pick ourselves up and continue – if possible, better than before.

I am a Hypnotherapist in beautiful Sherborne in Dorset, and also an online Coach. To help ‘deliver the goods’ in these services, I enlist the strengths and beauty of the fields that I’ve studied:
